Founded in 1978, Fasco started with humble beginnings as a regional nut and bolt distribu-tor. After nearly 40 years, Fasco has grown into a world-class comprehensive fastener and compo-nent supplier serving OEM customers located on five continents.

We supply custom “made-to-print” fasteners as well as standard industrial fasteners. Our broad product offering makes Fasco a convenient “one stop shop” for any customer’s assembly needs.

Our headquarters are located just outside of Chicago in Alsip, Illinois, where we manage parts (and programs) produced by our supply chain partners in Asia (predominantly Taiwan) and North America.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Our commitment to quality begins with our global supply chain. We strategically partner with suppliers that are just as dedicated to quality as we are.

We’ve ensured our Quality Management System is up-to-date and currently hold ISO 9001:2015 certification and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation.

• Fasco’s quality system incorporates automotive level quality tools such layered process audits (LPA), process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), as well as gage repeatability and reproducibility (GR&R) studies.

• Our factories are capable of providing full level 3 PPAP submissions, performing statistical process control (SPC) and process capability analysis, as well as AIAG CQI assessments for secondary processors.

• Our system for the new product introduction process utilizes methodologies such as APQP to assure quality is built into the product.

• Inspection in accordance with industry standards pub-

lished by IFI, ASME, ASTM, SAE, ISO, DIN, & JIS.
