It’s rare to find a place like Binfield. Close to excellent road and rail links, it nonetheless retains the feel of a rural village. Defined by its handsome red brick Edwardian houses and cottages, this is a village with historic appeal.

Leave the M4 at Junction 10 and join the A329(M) motorway signposted Wokingham, Bracknell. Branch left, then at Coppid Beech roundabout take the first exit onto the B3408 London Road, signposted Binfield.
Continue straight over two sets of traffic lights, and at the third set of traffic lights turn left onto Saint Mark’s Road, signposted Binfield. Continue to the roundabout, then turn left into Forest Road (B3034), then left at the next roundabout into Benetfeld Road. Take the fourth turning on the right into Roughgrove Copse, and The Orchard will be found at the end of the cul-de-sac.
FROM THE M3
Leave the M3 at Junction 3 and take the first exit at the roundabout onto the A322 signposted Bracknell, Bagshot. Keep in left-hand lane then bear left onto the A322 signposted Bracknell, M4.
At roundabout take the second exit onto the A322 signposted Bracknell, Reading, M4. At traffic signals continue forward signposted Bracknell, Wokingham, Reading. At roundabout take the second exit onto the A322 signposted Wokingham, Maidenhead. At roundabout take the second exit onto the A322 signposted Reading, Wokingham.
At Twin Bridges roundabout take the third exit, then at the next roundabout take the second exit onto Downshire Way signposted Arlington Square. At roundabout take the first exit onto Wokingham Road – B3408 signposted Binfield.
Turn left onto Wokingham Road, and at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Wokingham Road – B3408 signposted Wokingham.
At Popeswood roundabout take the second exit onto Popeswood Road signposted Binfield Village, turn right onto Saint Mark’s Road signposted Binfield. Continue to the roundabout, then turn left into Forest Road (B3034), then left at the next roundabout into Benetfeld Road. Take the fourth turning on the right into Roughgrove Copse, and The Orchard will be found at the end of the cul-de-sac.
