Introduction

Welcome to the Saville Multimedia System

Presentations can be made by using any of the following media• Video VHS and Video DVD• Computers – PC or Laptop• Audio CD• Visualiser• Auxiliary Input

During your presentation you have control of:• The VCR,DVD

(play, pause forward, rewind, search)

Volume level of sound from:• VCR• DVD• CD• PC• Laptop PC• Auxiliary Input

Volume of sound can be controlled by adjusting the output Volume on the Touch Screen

1. Load your VHS Tape into the VHS Player located in the A/V Rack

2. Press the button marked3. VHS Lectern or Projection Room

on the Touch Screen4. Your VHS Video will now appear on

the projection screen5. Use the buttons on the touch screen

to control the VHS Player

Lectern Image Sound Off

When you wish to pause your presentation :

Press - BLANK SCREEN

This will clear the screen and mute the audio if present

When you wish to restart

Press the same Media buttonor select another Media to display

Lectern DVD Video

1. Load your DVD Disc into the DVD Player located in the A/V Rack

2. Press the button marked DVD Lectern or Projection Room on the Touch Screen

3. Your Digital Video will now appear on the projection screen

4. Use the buttons on the touch screen to control the DVD Player

Lectern Audio CD

Play Pause Stop

Search

1. Load your Audio CD into the VCD Player located in the A/V Rack

2. Press the button marked CD on the Touch Screen

3. Your Audio will now play through the screen speakers

4. Use the buttons on the touch screen to control the CD Player

Volume of sound can be controlled by adjusting the output Volume on the Touch Screen

Auxiliary Input Select

To display Video images and Audio from an external source, connect the equipment to the Auxiliary input plate

Please Plug Video & Audio Cables Into The Input Plate

Volume of sound can be controlled by adjusting the output Volume on the Touch Screen

Lectern PC Computer

Your presentation is controlled from your PC

Press the button marked PCon the Touch Screen

Your Computer images will now appear on the projection screen

Lectern Laptop Computer

1. Connect your Laptop computer to the input plate with the cable provided

2. To display on the screenSelect the button for the laptop

Your presentation is controlled from your Laptop

Lectern Visualiser

Your presentation is controlled from your Visualiser

1. Press the button marked VISUALISER on the Touch Screen

2. Please ensure the Visualiser s Switched On

3. The images from your document camera will be displayed on the projection screen

Lectern System Shutdown

1. PRESS

1. SYSTEM SHUTDOWN

Press - SYSTEM OFF

This will clear the scree and mute the audio if present

3. SYSTEM SHUTDOWN

Please wait while the system is shutting down
