• Processors must return 100% of commodity to contracting agency

Substitutable Commodities

• Commodity loss must be replaced with commercial product of domestic origin and equal or better quality

• 100% yield processing method NOT the same as manufacturing yield

• End products processed under 100% yield are reported on Substitutable MPR

• Standard Yield F&V are also reported on Substitutable MPR but are not subject to 100% yield requirement

• Inventory draw down from SEPDS A, column F
