Whereas, the undersigned being the Authorized Officer of IIFL Home Finance Limited (Formerly known as India InfolineHousing Finance Ltd.)(IIHFL) under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of SecurityInterest Act 2002 and in exercise of powers conferred under section 13(12) read with Rule 3 of the Security Interest(Enforcement) Rules 2002, a Demand Notice was issued by the Authorised Officer of the company to the borrowers /co-borrowers mentioned herein below to repay the amount mentioned in the notice within 60 days from the date of receiptof the said notice.
