Global Mapping International (GMI) is a non-profit organization which has been providing mapping technology, services and data with relief and religious organizations worldwide. Our flagship mapping product, Global Ministry Mapping System (GMMS), incorporates unique international geographic and statistical data as well as Esri’s ArcGIS for Desktop Basic GIS software. As part of the package, GMI also provides written, phone, and onsite training and tutorials. In this presentation, GMI will highlight key data in the GMMS, show a variety of maps and how people are using the data in today’s evolving world.
