2019 PhD ADMISSION Documents required for registration:
1. One application form duly filled in, with photo;
2. Written consent from a potential doctoral supervisor, if so required by the Doctoral School;
3. Copy of the document certifying the permanent residence in the home country;
4. High School Graduation Diploma (Baccalaureate) - two certified copies*;
5. Graduation Diploma (University BA/BSc Degree) - two certified copies;
6. Postgraduate Diploma (Master Degree) - two certified copies;
7. Certificate attesting promotion of the Bachelor Graduation Exam for graduates of the current calendar year – certified copy;
8. Academic Transcripts/Diploma Supplements for completed studies (Baccalaureate, BA/BSc, Master) - two certified copies;
9. Birth Certificate – two certified copies;
10. Marriage Certificate or any other document certifying change of name (if applicable) - two certified copies;
11. Passport - copy;
12. Medical certificate (in an international language) to prove that the candidate does not suffer from infectious diseases or other illnesses that are
incompatible with the future profession;
13. Language Certificate;
14. Curriculum vitae;
15. List of published scientific papers.
*certified copies of documents in Romanian/English/French, respectively certified authorized translations in English of documents in other languages
