WELCOME!

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Carolinas PGA, I would like to welcome you to Greensboro, NC, the all-new “SUPER SHOW” and our Section’s 26th Annual Merchandise Show.

This year’s “SUPER SHOW” includes many exciting changes and upgrades made by your Section to enhance your overall experience in 2019. This has proved to be a wonderful opportunity for the 2,000+ men and women who make up the largest of the PGA’s 41 Sections. It is important for all of us to recognize and thank the Salesman Association and Section Staff for the opportunities that this exposition affords our members.

Much like the first years of the PGA Show in Florida, the inaugural Carolinas PGA Show in 1994 was held under a tent. The annual CPGA Merchandise Show has evolved into a viable and productive gathering of our membership and industry representatives. Our Merchandise Show offers all of us the ability to discuss firsthand with company representatives our individual facility needs, as well as discuss and exchange ideas with your fellow members.

Additionally, the “SUPER SHOW” offers our members the opportunity to attend the Awards and Honors Dinner, where we come together to celebrate those who have been selected as our best for 2018. On Monday, the Section’s Annual Meeting is the host of one of our Association’s largest gatherings of PGA professionals and allows you to become engaged with the business of the Carolinas PGA Section. This year’s Winter Teaching Summit has been designed with your educational needs in mind, with knowledgeable speakers discussing topics that you will find useful at your facility.

Your commitment to our Section is evident by your attendance at this year’s “SUPER SHOW.” The Board and I would like to thank you for taking the time away from your job and family to gather at our Section’s home, Greensboro, NC. I hope you make the most of this opportunity and enjoy the hospitality of this great city.
