ULTRAMAX

Work Horse for Large Applications

• Plate pack is enclosed in a welded core with bolted frames for pressure containment.

• Housing plates are lined with the same material as the plates, or stainless steel for low temperature applications.

ULTRAMAX Design

ULTRAMAX Design

ULTRAMAX Advantages

• Provides true countercurrent flow

• Pressure up to 69 bar

• Temperatures from -195° up to 345°C

• Turbulence scours the heat transfer surface, reducing fouling

ULTRAMAX Advantages

• No head gaskets

• 6 different plate lengths

• Offers the largest plate size in its class, with an area in excess of ~1 m2

• Can utilize CIP for cleaning – no gasket changing or disassembly

MAXCHANGER

MAXCHANGER Advantages

• Dimpled plates with unique geometry

• Extremely high U values with low pressure drop

• From 0,28 - 4.1m² per unit
