1. Brief introduction
Shanghai BSW Petro-Pipe Co., Ltd. (BSW) is a Joint Venture Company which is
organized by Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (Abbreviated as “BSG”), and UMW
of Malaysia. The total assets of BSW reaches to RMB300 million (USD37million), and the
registered capital is RMB158million, of which 76.6% shared by BSG and 23.4% shared
by UMW of Malaysia.
The company located in Yuepu Industrial Park, Baoshan District, Shanghai, China. Near
to Baosteel and Shanghai Port, the road and water transportation is very convenient.
BSW owns two sets of Spiral Submerged Welded Pipe pipe product line and one set of
external coating line. The annual production capacity is 200 thousand ton of Spiral
Submerged Welded Pipe and 1.5 million square meters of pipe coating.

Submerged Welded Pipe and 1.5 million square meters of pipe coating. The product
mainly used in long distance oil & gas pipeline and city gas network construction.

The main welding equipment is Lincoln automatic welding system and internal and
external weld seam control systems are used to improve pipe quality.

Coating standards: DIN30670, SY/T 0413-2002, Q/SY XQ 8-2002, SY/T0315-95,
