For me, cook books are not instructional books. It‘s just a way to get inspired for cooking. When I cook I don’t look to every little detail in the recipe. I read the ingredi-ents and scan through the steps, and then I do it my way! Not everything turns out perfectly, but at least I’m adding more of my creativity to this process and making it more WLYZVUHSPaLK��HUK�M\U��;OPZ�IVVR�YLÅLJ[Z�[OPZ�JVUJLW[��I hope it brings good ideas to inspire you.
