HELP YOURSELF TO HEALTH
A program designed with YOU in mind, Help Yourself to Health, Monday, 1-3:30 pm Nov 4 -Dec 11,
is for people who have a chronic health condition from mild to severe, to help you take charge of your life. This
course has been newly updated to give you the best information about coping with pain and fatigue and
communicating with your doctor and family. You’ll also get a manual, relaxation CD, and healthy snacks.
You are invited to come early and enjoy lunch at Noon. Note: Because there is new content, this course is
now open to those who have taken it before, so long as you finished by June 30, 2012. THERE IS NO CHARGE,
BUT YOU MUST REGISTER. Please call 215-487-1750. Space is limited.
