4. You will then receive a text to your mobile phone with the link to the auction catalogue and a passcode. Use the passcode to login on any browser or click the link in the text to be automatically logged in on the browser on your smart phone. You are now ready to bid.
SILENT AUCTION - closes Monday 10am, 17 September 2018This year we have an Online Silent Auction - we wanted to give everyone an opportunity to pick up a great prize! Pre-ordered Kids Special Packs
The pre-ordered Kids Special Packs are handed out to students (plus any siblings) in their class on the Moon Festival day. Remember to bring your special tokens (Games and Book tokens) and lanterns on the night. ShowBags and Lanterns will be made available for pur-chase at the ShowBags and Lantern Stall at the Festival.
Kids Special Packs are only available as a pre-order before the event and is not available on the day of Moon Festival for purchase.

Token Sales
All transactions on the Moon Festival night will be traded with tokens. Only the Raffle Tickets (AU$2 each), Tokens Booth, Ben & Jerry’s Ice-Cream (AU$3), Fairy Floss Stall (AU$3), new attraction – 9D Cinema ($10) will be trading with cash. Some stalls will accept both tokens and cash on the night (e.g. Slushie, Lemonade, Showbags, Variety Stall).
Tokens are non-refundable.
Tokens were made available for pre-purchasing 1.5 weeks before Moon Festival. For those that have pre-purchased tokens, the order that was placed online would have provided a unique code on your email receipt which must be presented for collection on the day of the event at the Tokens Booth. This allows you to pick up your tokens without having to wait in the queue. Pre-purchased tokens can be collected from 4.30pm at the Token Booth.
If you are authorising someone to collect your tokens, the person authorised must be able to prove that they are the named person to be able to collect your tokens on your behalf. Please ensure the authorised person is aware of this and they are to provide proof of their identity to be able to collect your pre-purchased tokens.
Online pre-purchased tokens were entitled to a discount. The discount does not apply to tokens purchased on the day of Moon Festival.
Tokens can be purchased from 5.00pm at the Token Booth. Payment for tokens by Cash, EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard.
Lost Children Designated Area
As this is a huge event and is accessible to the public, please ensure that you keep close supervision of your children at all times. In the unfortunate event that your child has been separated from you or cannot be located, there is a designated “Lost Children” at the school’s Main Campus Office. It may also be a good chance to advise children of the location of this “Lost Children” and to go to this designated area in the event that they do get separated from you.
