Water Interaction

This video was shot on the left hand side of the property standing on the top deck of old stone boathouse. The house is directly behind me.

Water Access

The boathouse is just to the left with the deck above it. The next photo shows the entrance ladder.

The stone boathouse is directly to the left. Frontage is rocky as is bottom but water clarity is very good.

Looking Back at House

This was taken from the base of stairs leading down to the U-Shaped Dock.

Landscaping

This just gives you a feel for the pathways of decking that link house to decks and docks.

Deck to Dock Connection

This was taken from the top of the stairs for Dock. This walkway leads to the deck above the stone boathouse.

Basement Entrance

This door leads to the family room in basement. Storage space is located directly to the left.

These photos were taken with my back to the finished basement door (previous slide). This is the most direct access to the water although

there are stairs from upper deck as well.

Extra parking on the additional lot is paved with nice stone walls – will probably fit 5-7 cars and is almost directly across from driveway.
