ONBOARDING

• All new hires are fingerprinted in house for criminal background checks

• Photos are taken for their Security Badge• Their vehicle is registered with Security and a

barcode sticker is placed on it.• All Contractors must come through Security for

building access.

Employee Security Badges

• All buildings are secured 24/7 and a badge is required for employee access.

• Building Security

• All exterior doors on each building are monitored by cameras.

• The Security Officer monitoring the cameras also can view a live name/photo scan of doors being badged.

• There are Security Officers on duty at all times to patrol the campus and buildings.

• There are emergency call stations and cameras in all parking areas.

Additional Information• Navy Federal has a NO Weapons Policy

• This is a Non-Smoking Campus– If caught on campus smoking you are subject

to disciplinary action up to and including TERMINATION on a first offense.

– If caught on neighbors’ property in violation of policy, the same disciplinary rules apply

Off Campus Duties• Campus Security is tasked with monitoring

alarms and cameras for all Navy Federal Branches in Country.

• They handle the initial alarm on all Branch Robberies.

• Security maintains all cameras,readers,etc for all Branches.

• We do inspections for new Branches.

Offboarding

• Security is responsible for assuring all access for persons leaving Navy Federal employment is turned off.

• All Contractors ending their relationship with Navy Federal are required to exit through Security.
