The ability to speak before an audience in a clear, confident and convincing manner is a challenge for many in leadership and management, including all those whose responsibilities require them to speak in different situations. They may have sound knowledge of the subject matter or the most creative solu-tions to a problem. However, as we, the authors of “Power Speaking” have experienced over the last two decades conducting various courses and workshops, many areunable to make a successful impact due to limitations in theirdelivery skills.

This course has been designed, therefore, to help meet this need ofthose who wish to overcome their limitations and excel in their speakingskills for personal and professional growth.
