Packet Tracer v5.3.3 (Maintenance release)
All outstanding bug reports have been fixed.
A JavaScript API interface has been enabled for development of PT activities.
Extensive improvements base on analyzing exam results:
Clarification and simplification of instructions.
Removal of some of the repetitive tasks.
More flexibility when scoring answers.
More diagnostic feedback for both students and instructors.
Instructors can now activate PT SBA’s for prior courses.

Why were the changes needed:
Changes to the IINS certification exam
Old exam code 640-553 --- New exam code 640-554
Major changes:
Addition of the Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA)
CCP has replaced SDM
EOL date for v1.0 is aggressive due to changes in L@C’s policies around extending the previous versions of their certification exams.
Academies will need to transition to v1.1 within three months of release.
