SECRETARY’S DESKLodge Dues for 2011 is $55.00

Checks should be made payable to Arlington Centennial – Glebe Lodge #81

Please mail dues payment to Bro. Jeffrey Galusha, 10721 Oakenshaw Ct. Burke, VA 22015

You can also pay lodge dues online through the lodge website using Paypal.Visit ACGL81.com and click the “Pay Lodge Dues” link for details.

Several members have not yet paid 2010 dues. If you are one of those members, please combine both payments into one check and mail it in as soon as possible.

Please be advised that 2012 Lodge dues will be increasing by at least $10.00.

This year is an excellent time to take advantage of the Life Membership in Perpetuity(LMIP) before this cost increase. Currently the cost of a LMIP is 2011 Lodge Dues ($55.00)multiplied by 16 years, for a total of $880. If you wait until next year, a LMIP will cost at least$1040 ($65 x 16). That’s a difference of $160. The current year’s dues must also be paidbefore being eligible for a LMIP.

Becoming a LMIP means you never have to pay lodge dues again. That’s a great value, especially if you are young or are new to Masonry. But pre-paying your dues is only one of thebenefits of becoming a LMIP. The most important benefit will come after you have passedaway. As a LMIP the Grand Lodge of Virginia will continue to make your dues payment to thislodge on your behalf in perpetuity. Your generosity will help to support Arlington Centennial –Glebe’s programs and charity even after you have been called to receive your wages.

Please contact the Lodge Secretary for more information and to receive a LMIP application.
