I teach the difficult topics/concepts, besides involving them in Group discussion, as they are in small groups. N.S.S.Program Officer : I was appointed as N.S.S.Programme Officer in 2004 for University College since then I conducted Seven Special Camps in the nearby villages of the university with a concept of bringing health awareness and importance of plantation regarding Environmental protection. Our college unit adopted the Village of KAZA and conducted regularly Blood Donation Camps, Free Medical Camps and socio-Economic Survey of the village. Our college N.S.S Volunteers also rendered their services in the need of the hour of natural Calamities (Krishna River Floods and Tsunami) and Religious gatherings like Kaala Chakra.. etc. N.S.S. unit of the campus conducted two Mega Blood Donation Camps in the Campus. Three thousand students donated blood to this noble cause. I am also working as Secretary of Red Ribbon Club, with an aim to bring awareness about AIDS and Safe blood donation. It has 290 students enrollment who are always ready to donate blood to the needy. I conducted Four Youth Leadership Training Programmes in 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009 for N.S.S. Volunteers with emphasis on Power of Positive Thinking, Lateral Thinking, inter-personal skills, Leadership Qualities, Group Discussion Skills, Interview Skills.. etc. I took our University team of N.S.S volunteers to the National Integration Camp as a Team Leader to Karnataka State, Hampi and got first prize in skit and second prize in Quiz in “ South Zone inter State N.S.S. Festival” from 19-11-2005 to 25-11-2005. I took our University team of N.S.S volunteers to the National Adventure Camp as a Team Leader to Jammu & Kashmir State, Pahalgam and got first prize in cultural activities and awarded Grade-A in the ten days camp from 05-01-2011 to 14-01-2011. I also make students collect library material and guide and monitor this activity every week (on Monday) – resulting in considerable improvement in

their library activities Worked as a resource person and judge for the orientation programme for N.S.S. Program officers by Andhra University Training Centre during 23rd to 29th July 2012.
