• Awareness going down. - Shown in the decrease in effective usage of Sakala Call Centre - 080 4455 4455.

•Review meetings of Sakala are not happening every month from DCs as per government order SiASUE 66 EKaA date 13-03-2012.

• Inspection of Designated Offices by DCs, CEOs, SPs, ADCs , Tahshildars not conducted regularly.

• Wrong updation about disposals by Designated Officers (Not disposed but updated as disposed)

Actions to be Taken ·~ ,·

Sec:3(2) All 24,000 designated offices shall mandatory have the Sakala Notice Board, displaying all the citizen related services delivered by that Designated office.

Sec:5(1) Mandatory acknowledgement for all applications seeking notified Sakala Services

Sec:5(2) In-time Disposals by Designated Officers

Sec:14(4) In-time disposal of Services & Appeals . If more than 7 defaults - Disciplinary actions must be taken.

Compensation to Citizen

• Sec 11(4): After giving compensatory cost to the aggrieved citizen and within thirty days thereafter, the competent officer shall update debit note in the HRMS software against the officer found guilty by following the principles of natural justice.

•Better performing Departmental Designated Officers/DeputyCommissioner/H.O.D/Secretaries /Principal Secretaries will be honored with certificates, Citations & cash rewards by Government every month.
