Team DescriptionTeam 1 consists of 10 people from di!erent walks of life, but with one common goal… to help breath life back into the Glass Street community. This team is comprised of residents, community leaders and those who simply believe in the overall mission. With group facilitator Heidi He!erlin at the helm, her encouraging direction helped the brainstorming/ideating process and inspired each par-ticipant to literally think outside the Glass Street box and embrace what this amazing community will someday become.
