madrasahs (Mad. Aljunied, Wak Tanjong and Al-

Ma’arif)

Recognised institutions from Indonesia (eg: Guntor)

At least a “Jayyid” in final year examination

Subject to “Imtihan Qabul”

Lughah Arabiyyah

Syariah Islamiyyah

Usuluddin (Syu’bah Tafsir, Hadith and Aqidah

wa Falsafah, Dakwah)

Dirasat Islamiyyah

Maahad Qiraat

Lecture based, no tutorial

Attendance not compulsory

2 semesters per academic year

Final year exam results are combination
