The flag that represents Sweden is blue with a yellow “cross” down the middle. The Scandinavian cross down the middle represents Christianity. Blue and yellow have been the colors since 1275.

Education in Sweden is mandatory for children ages 7 and the year of the child’s 16th birthday.
The school year lasts as long as late August and early June.
They get a Christmas break and the time they have between when they end school and when they begin.

Home schooling is very supervised in Sweden by the government and
very limited.From the age of one children can be
admitted into pre-school.
