CLIENT INFORMATION

• The Décor hub is a distributor of interior décor items such as:

bed sheets wall curtains sofa/cushion covers

• A consistent seller on Amazon

CLIENT PROBLEM

Given the fact that client products (interior décor items) are highly competitive, The Décor Hub had the following issues

• Lower Brand visibility on marketplace platform

• Average CPC ranging from 2.5 – 3 INR

• Lower sales

OBJECTIVE

In order to combat the problems laid out by the client, the following objectives were summarised:

• Increase clicks on the Amazon store page

• Overall sales increment for all products

APPROACH

• BM Consulting worked closely with the client to set up strategies to attain the objectives listed above.

• The following processes were implemented for the same:

1. Process 1 - Social Media Campaign2. Process 2 - Google Adwords Campaign

PROCESS 1 – SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN• Creation of the Facebook page:https://www.facebook.com/thedecorhub/

• Facebook updates with products and shop – regular updates were posted on the page

• Facebook sponsored campaign for display of ads to appropriate audience on social media

PROCESS 2 – GOOGLE ADWORDS CAMPAIGN• Relevant keyword research and selection

• Negative keyword research and selection

• Categorised Ad-groups creation

• Ad campaign creation

• Text ad campaigns

• A good number of clicks and impressions observed for products

RESULT

• An increment of 200% in sales was achieved through the described processes within a period of 3 months
