1. Endurance is calculated using continuous 4K random write workload over a 24-hour period. OCZ measures how much of a drive endurance was consumed in that period and data is then extrapolated out to show what the endurance would look like after 4 years of running the workload continuously. Typical users will not write to an SSD 24hours/per day for all 4 years.
