• In UOG01, we have a synonym dictionary. However, when a search is done in the OPAC, it does not seem that the dictionary is being used.

• For example the following words are in the dictionary, but retrieve different numbers of hits from a simple search on the OPAC:

• Behavior 453 hits [production]

• Behaviour 1440 hits [production]

• We have entered a couple of new terms in the dictionary in the past few months and these do seem to work ; organisationa/organizational.
