1. A dolphin has lungs to breathe.2. A bird finds a safe place to build a nest.3. A person has green eyes.4. A dog sits when its owner says, “Sit!”5. A brown calf has brown parents.

Group ActivityDirections:1.Place the cards face down in a stack.2.Draw one card at a time and read the phrase out loud.3.Decide whether the card is an inherited trait or learned behavior and share an explanation for the decision.4.Place the card in the correct pile.5.Continue until all the cards have been used up.
