Project is an update for the regional ITS/TSM&O plan completed in 2010. Since that time, the regional ITS coalitions has completed RTMC 511 traveler information updates using BlueToad data collection 54 miles of freeway management systems since 2010. Most of the urban interstate is complete. I-10 and I-75 under construction and 300 miles of system will be open within the next year. 35 miles of arterial management systems that include transit signal priority, updated signal timing plans and brick detour signs on the US 1 corridor Jacksonville Sport Complex contraflow system JTA I-STOP electronic signing at 15 locations JTA AVL and on-time arrival Road Weather Information Systems at all 22 mid and high level bridges Purpose of the plan is to take a more holistic view of technology and TSM&O strategies.
