How many times have you, the Program/Project Manager had a

great idea for a Program/Project but it seems it takes no traction?

Are Projects a Living, Breathing, entity? (unlike the U.S. Constitution…)

Why some good projects get defunded while others that seem to

offer very little merit flourish in funding?

Politics?  What politics?

Socializing Your Project With Your Stakeholders

Everything is politics ‐ NEVER forget that!

Projects are Living, Breathing entity that morphs throughout the life of project…  After all, people work projects……

Program/Project Manager’s ideas must be frequently re‐sold and stakeholders reassured that they are great ideas to keep traction!

Controlling Cost, Showing ROI, properly managed EVM and salesmanship/marketing keeping the interest in your project, keeps funding! (Most of the time….anyways)

Be Realistic!
