APPLE CRUMBLE RECIPE
MADE BY THE STUDENTS IN 4E : Déborah, Maxime, Sarah, Pierre, Axel,
Mamadou, Sofiane, Eda, Achrafe, Jordan L., José, Mélanie, Florian, Naserdine, Jordan S.
WITH SOME HELP FROM :
Mr Mehadji Mrs Méranger-Galtier
1) GETTING READY ! Get your working clothes on.
Wash your hands.
Wash the apples.
Weigh the ingredients.
The butter
The sugar
The flour
2) STEW THE APPLES. Peel and core the apples.
Dice the apples.
Put the apples in a pan with a lid.
Add the sugar and cinnamon.
Stew for 20 minutes, stir occasionally.
Leave the apples to cool in the dish.
3) MAKE THE CRUMBLE TOPPING. Get your ingredients ready.
Dice the butter with a cold knife.
Rub the butter in the flour.
Fingertips only !!!
It must look like breadcrumbs. Add the sugar.
4) PUT THE TOPPING OVER THE APPLES.
5) PUT IN THE OVEN AND COOK FOR 30 MINUTES.
6) NOW YOU MUST CLEAN AND TIDY.
7) SERVE WITH ICE-CREAM.
8) ENJOY !!!
