The college is having a good mentoring system. Students mentor is both friend and a role model
who supports and encourage a young student in his/her academic and personal growth. The
guidance is important for the young people making decisions indecently which are based on

The context
The college located in the rural area and student who get admission to our college from puttur
taluk and from neighbouring taluks. Most of the students enrol come from poor family
background and new to the college environment. Naturally they need more attention and
