PIANO HOUSEThe house for living and teaching piano.The perfect combination of home officeProvide the student the comfort and relaxas if this is their home.

The house which has not only the living space but also the mini piano school.Every part of the building was designed to take the benifit from the airflow provide the comfortable and relaxing feel-ing. That course the public court between this 2 part. Every part can be seen from any position for the best taking care student, besides it is also the muti-purpose yard for piano school.

Studio Production HouseThe production studio designed for serving the several creative design including the photograph and advertisement for the stand-ard and quality work.

L shape of the building create a negative space which is the court in the center so everybody can take the view from every side of the building and for controlling people from inside.

For the design separated into 3 zones. First is the private space that located in the back, cross with another zone that is the public space. intersec-tion area is semi-public space for the studio which provide the private feeling and also services

The structure is the skeletion design to create the open space with the glasses window to acheive the feeling of nature as if there is no layer in between and to combine with the nature.

for the student and the outsider using the membershipsystem.It can hold the

tournamentand the yearly activity.

the project consist of three main zonesfirst, reception and lockersecond,standard size of swimming pool third,indoor gymnasium the design consider to accessibility, the reception located in the center between the 2 main roads that noticeable and accessible from outside. swimming pool in the right side and indoor gymnasium in the left side both located next to the main road because there have a lot of users and for the spacial occasion for example, football games, sport competition so both swimming pool and indoor gymnasium have to locate in easy-access areas

The hotel’s restaurant is designed to locate upon the river part following the concept of everywhere take a view.

This project has divided into 3 parts, first is the main stadium second is the outdoor sub arena including the fitnessand the last one is the parking

The design layout started from the main stadium location. Since the road from Chiang Mai has been cut through in the south of the site, so the main stadium has been place in the south for the convenient notice from the road view. The parking lot has been hide in the back or in the north of the site for the harmony view and easy to control together with the old parking. The platform has been provided to take the people from the parking and the omnibus part to the plaza before the tournament start. And the sub arena has been placed in the left area which is in the north site.

The facade is the highlight of this elevation design. It is inspired from Chiangmai Silk Pattern, separated into 2 layers overlapping for gaining the fresh air from the surrounding area. Besides there is the big column which has been dupli-cated from the old thai house.
