- 27. Youth Capital will be on the rise. As a Dutch diplomat in
Japan, I was introduced to this, and we can learn from their
mistakes and do it better by being more human. Look at our top
junior high, high school and college sports teams; they are aligned
with solid educational institutions. Start early through activities
and get people connected to your brand. There ARE some simple
