FOREWORDEveryone seems busy with their daily lives that we miss little things in life. The small details that we met quickly vanishes. These details can possibly be the ticking from the clock, birds chirping, the smell of the air every morning, the comments our friends make, the signals our body makes, and the list can go on forever. We take these things for granted. If it was possible to pause time for a second, we can possibly see another side of our day. Little things in life can make a difference as one always states. Allowing ourselves to seek various specifics allows our mind to reconfigure.

Well, for it me it did. Although I am not always on alert for little things, I find a chance to stand, sit, and stay.
