DeskMakers,Inc.furnitureiswarrantedagainstdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipgivennormalusageandcareforaslongtheoriginalpurchaserownsit.

DeskMakerswillrepairorreplaceatitsoption,andatitsowncost,anyproductthatdevelopsadefectduringthewarrantyperiod.Insomecases,DeskMakersmayelecttorefundthecustomer’soriginalpurchaseprice(lessreasonabledepreciation)inlieuofrepairorreplacement.Repair,replacement,orrefundisthepurchaser’ssoleremedy,thechoiceofwhichrestssolelywithDeskMakers.DeskMakersshallnotbeliableforanyincidentalorconsequentialdamagesincludinglostprofitsandlossofuseofproduct.

Limitations:
