ASH Pre-Study Programme for Refugees

For whom ist he ASH Pre-Study Programme?

The ASH Pre-Study Programme prepares refugees that are not yet able to apply for a regular

study programme at ASH Berlin, to finally enrol as a regular student.

What to expect from the ASH Pre-Study Programme?

The ASH Pre-Study Programme has a duration of 1 year (October to September):

German and study preperation course (level B2 until C1)

Asignment for first seminars (credible for regular study programs)

Completion of study-specific admission requirements (such as the completion of a

pre-study placement)

Support during the programme and with the application process provided by the ASH

Refugee Office Team

How to apply fort he ASH Pre-Study Programme?

Application process: 1st to 31st of July (every year)

Required documents are:

Letter of Motivation (German or English, maximum 2 pages)

Curriculum Vitae/ Résumé (English or German)

Identity documents (copy)

Certificate of completed language skills German, B1 (copy)

University entrance qualification (copy); if these documents cannot be submittet,

please come and see the ASH Refugee Office for councelling
