• 3. Select areas to assess in coordination with local authorities

• 4. Arrange logistics with Local Authorities’s support+guidance

1.Infectious diseases: Diarrhoea, Dengue fever, Eyes and Skin disease

2. Food Insecurity in 2-3 months

- Farmers: big lost of paddy, potatoes, seeds for next season, salt water, sands, broken irrigation system

- Fishermen: swept away of fishing gears

• 3. Schools open on 5 Oct, pupils cannot go due to lost/wet schoolbooks and notebooks

• 4. Fishermen live on boats, families with collapsed houses live on temporary shelters, re-roof shelters

PROPOSAL / RECOMMENDPROPOSAL / RECOMMEND

• 1. Provision of Medical stocks + 10 spray machines• Chloramin B: 2 tons• PUR sachets/Aquatab for water treatment: 28,000 wells

– 1000 HH + labour to support to clean environment, small repair of Com Health C.

• 2. Provision of rice for 3 months usage, rice and vegetable seeds, Recover land of rice fields, Provision of fish gears, Operation of micro-credit proj

• 3. Provision of schoolbooks, notebooks, uniforms

RECOMMENDATIONSRECOMMENDATIONS

• 4. Repair classrooms, provision of iron sheets for re-roof. Repair/reinforce windows, walls, bars

• 5. Financial support for temporary houses. Road signs for safety reason

• 6. Build more Comm.houses for multi purposes when needed

• 7. Provision of louder speakers, mobile louderspeakers, various access to info.
