After the food has been chewed it goes down into the stomach through the esophagus. In the stomach, the food is mixed with the enzymes.

SMALL INTESTINE

After the food has been mixed with the enzymes, it will go down the small intestine. In the beginning of the intestine the food will be mixed with some other enzymes. In the small intestine is where the nutrients will be absorbed by intestinal hair so the nutrients can arrive to the cells by the blood.
