In 2014, more than 1.9 billion adults, 18 years and older, were
overweight. Of these over 600 million were obese.
Most of the world's population live in countries where overweight and
obesity kills more people than underweight.

One group was selected on whom Nasyam was done subsequently on the other group shirodhare was done and on the third group both shirodhara and Nasyam were done.
The cumulative effect of Shirodhara and Nasyam in the management of migraine was par excellent .
