TALKING POINTS
Talking PointsBenefits
Represent all members: Ensure your association’s industry interests are well represented among all age groups and experience levels.
Fresh Ideas: The real estate industry continues to evolve. Each new generation can offer a unique perspective to meet the changing demand within our industry.
Leadership: Cultivating a new generation of motivated leaders.
Talking PointsWHY?
To be involved is to be informed: Many new members want to get involved but are not sure how. YPN offers an open environment for new members to attend networking events, educational webinars, informative meetings and explore leadership opportunities.
Collaboration: Real estate offers many challenges to our existing and new members in today’s changing environment. The network allows for the members to exchange ideas to set one another up for success in each of our local networks.
Talking PointsWHY?
Bigger Picture: YPN offers networking at the state level in order to bring together agents from throughout the state to share ideas, build a referral network and learn about the state association’s benefits.
Industry Happenings: Through many social media outlets, Web sites, live educational classes and video, members can stay abreast of the hot issues facing the real estate industry and learn strategies to be more successful in their own business.
