Urban Growth Group appointed by NSW Government responsible for redevelopment of entire Bays Precinct Area which includes Bank St.

All current DA applications are on Hold until Strategy plan has been Developed. (Expected Sep 15).

Urban Growth and DBNSW in talks to ensure Dragon Boating requirements are satisfied during redevelopment

Stage One - Urban Growth Group actionsConstruction of a public access walkway along the

foreshore from the Fish Markets to Jacksons Landing.Will include Lights on the Ramp for safety and a security

area to protect Boats.Funded by Urban Growth. No cost to DBNSW.Final plan not confirmed until Sep/Oct 15.High Priority works.
