General Grading Policy

I will adhere to the standard district grading scale (A- 90%, B- 80%, C- 70%, etc.)

Grades will be determined by the following %: Formative = 15% of your grade Summative = 85% of your grade

Formative assignments: homework, classwork, some quizzes – you are practicing your skills

Summative assessments: tests, projects, presentations, some quizzes – you are showing proficiency & growth

No Food, drinks are OK

There are students with life-threatening allergies who use this classroom.

General Grading Policy

Hard copy is usually preferred unless otherwise noted.

Homework, projects, papers, etc., are expected to be turned in on the day they are due.

Exceptions will be made on a per-case basis.
