– The people that rank higher then us– Include the employer, direct superior and indirect superiors

• Subordinates– The people that rank lower then us– Include direct and indirect subordinates

• Peers– The people that rank roughly the same as us

• External people– Include customers and suppliers

• MEME– The most important– The one we has the most power to influence
