Creative & Cultural Industry• This is not a gimmick but a unique way of branding

different from high technology• Creative industry: architecture , designers,

communications,productions

• Cultural industry: Publishing, Music, Audi-visual, computer and internet games

Creative & Cultural Industry -2• The targets are small and upstarts corporations which will

be lured by rent prices, easy approach to Tel Aviv, the waterfront park mall etc.

• Proper facilities including a small fair center (see 24 below) will complete the “bait”.

•A circular bus line is called for.
