Reflections
A s 2015 has come to a close,
it’s a great time to reflect
on this past year. We have made
considerable progress toward our goal
of modernizing resident and patient
areas, maintaining our 5-star
rating and updating technological
systems—just to name a few areas of
which we can all be proud.
It’s potentially the most challenging time
in the history of our organization to be a provider in health
care services. The regulatory and financial demands are increasing
at a fast pace and reimbursements are flat or sinking. However, we
are steadfastly committed and determined to continue to provide
outstanding care and service for all who depend on us—and the
employees of Fairview are an exceptional team who make this
possible every single day.
We had a successful fundraising year with our raffle and auction—
and we look forward to the Art of Chocolate event on January
24th.
Thank you to all who support and dedicate themselves to Fairview
in so many ways to help make us a world-class organization. On
behalf of Fairview, Odd Fellows Home of Connecticut, I wish you a
Happy New Year.
