Bihun Goreng

30 minutes

3 portions

close the pot, leave it for ±4

minutes

boil water in kettle

add boiled water enough to cover all the noodles

Separate the chinese cabbage before cutting

Peel 3 pcsof carrots

with a peller

noodles can be cut smaller

drain the noodles

carrots

garlic

snowpeas

spring onion

150gr

200gr

3 pcs

5 cloves

50gr

2 pcs

cut them into..

5-6 cm

3 cm small blockes

thin slices

finely sliced

remove the edges

prepare a wok pan and light medium fire

add all the veggies and stir fry until it

cooked

add 100ml water and 1 pcs chicken

block

add chicken, stir fry until brown,

add carrotsadd 2 eggs,

scramble until it cooked

add the garlic, stir fry until it

smells nice

heat 5 tbsolive oil

add salt and pepper as you like

add 2 tbs oyster and 4 tbs soya

sauce

lower the flame

add thevermicelly

it’s ready to serve!

after it all mixed..
