The Need
21st Century in the coal mining industry needs “Next Generation” Supervisors and Managers who possess a broader range of skills to match their hands-on experience.
Skills in expert handling of massive new regulations, new mining technologies and techniques and, personnel demands while still enabling mining operations to be profitable and to meet growing consumer demand for energy.
