How Team Plan Review Works

• Owner e-mails interest to management /Directors

• Preliminary meeting, with specific goals of: a) Agreement TPR benefits project b) Agreement field inspector can manage the work or get

backup c) Rough estimate of hours required and cost d) Letter of understanding signed by the owner and

Department.

• If go ahead, owners team uses Inspection by Appointment (IBA) to schedule inspectors time.
