• To strengthen area-wide disaster coordination in Black Hawk County by sharing information, simplify resident access, and jointly resolving cases with unmet needs.

• Working with faith based organization to develop damage assessment teams

• Raises fund to help those with unmet needs• Organize volunteers to help with clean up

• Property Acquisition reduces future flooding

impact.

• Over the past 20 years more then five hundred properties have be removed from the flood plane in Black Hawk County

• Five years later in Cedar Falls alone, a total of $68 million has been invested in flood recovery
