I had the pleasure of giving a talk on using blended learning in the ESL classroom. We explored how to create blended learning materials (or curate them) and use the theories of behavioral change techniques to extend your teaching effectiveness.

Blended learning is a practice of flipping the classroom - assigning lectures as homework and using class time discussions with teachers.

It’s more effective than classroom or online only.
